Corten Cladding Fixing Options

Face-Fixed Butted: Corten panels are fixed directly through the face of the material, with adjacent panels tightly butted together. This provides a simple, robust installation with visible fixings and a clean, continuous appearance.

Face-Fixed Shadow Gap: Similar to the butted system, panels are face-fixed, but a deliberate gap is left between each panel. This creates a strong shadow-line detail, helping to emphasise the individual panels and accommodate movement.

Cassette Style: Corten is formed into cassette panels with concealed fixings, creating a cleaner, more refined façade with no visible fasteners. The system provides consistent joints and a more contemporary appearance, while also allowing individual panels to be removed for maintenance.
