Every planter we make is fabricated to order in our Sandy, Bedfordshire workshop — cut, folded and welded by the same team that built the National Heroes monument in Barbados. No imports, no flat-pack kits from overseas, no standard-sizes-only. Tell us the dimensions you need and we'll quote within 24 hours.
Why buy from a fabricator rather than a reseller ?
Most Corten planters sold online are imported in fixed sizes. Because we manufacture in-house, you get:

Your choice of thickness.
2mm Corten as standard. 3mm and 5mm for large commercial planters, tree pits and public spaces where rigidity matters.
Genuine weathering steel.
We fabricate in genuine Corten. A weathering steel, supplied through UK stock holders — not mild steel with a rust finish.
Welded or flat-packed.
Fully welded construction, or flat-packed panels for awkward access and cheaper delivery. Watertight builds available for ponds and water features
With or without base, drainage holes where you want them, and an electrostatic powder-coated (EPC) finish available if you want colour rather than patina.
How Corten weathers
New Corten leaves our factory bright steel-grey. Exposed to the weather it develops its first orange bloom within 2–4 weeks and a stable, deep russet patina over 6 –18 months, depending on exposure. We can also pre-weather planters before delivery if you need the patina from day one — ask when you enquire.
